Rebuilding a Nation For Dummies

1. A strong Leader. You need someone people will be loyal to and follow.
2. Establish a strong central government.
3. Persuade people to follow you. Fluent speech and sharing common interest.
4. Get a strong military. So you can conquer surrounding nations and keep your nation safe.
5. Chose where your nation/kingdom will be wisely. Use geography to your advantage. Like having natural resources or a large river.
6. Get more land by conquering other nations/kingdoms.
7. Don't let your kingdom get so large that you can't control it anymore.
8. Lead your army to victory, make citizens loyal and respect you.
9. Make a good economy, it doesn't have to involve currency. It could involve a trade market.
10. Make you citizens fear you or not want to take you over.

Purpose of Government

The purpose of government is standardization, organization, and stability.

Leadership

Some qualities of a leaders are confidence, honesty, intelligence, and vision.


Bureaucracy: the body of officials and administrators, especially of a government or government department.


Aristocracy: a governing body composed of those considered to be the best or most able people in the state.
Constitutionalism: the principles of constitutional government or adherence to them.

Autocracy: government in which one person has uncontrolled or unlimited authority over others; the government or power of an absolute monarch.
  
Monarchy: supreme power or sovereignty held by a single person.
Dictatorship: absolute, imperious, or overbearing power or control
Totalitarianism: absolute control by the state or a governing branch of a highly centralized institution. 

Absolutism: the principle or the exercise of complete and unrestricted power in government.

Democracy: government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.

Oligarchy: a form of government in which all power is vested in a few persons or in a dominant class or clique; government by the few.
