Leadership

Some qualities of a leaders are confidence, honesty, intelligence, and vision.


Bureaucracy: the body of officials and administrators, especially of a government or government department.


Aristocracy: a governing body composed of those considered to be the best or most able people in the state.
Constitutionalism: the principles of constitutional government or adherence to them.

Autocracy: government in which one person has uncontrolled or unlimited authority over others; the government or power of an absolute monarch.
  
Monarchy: supreme power or sovereignty held by a single person.
Dictatorship: absolute, imperious, or overbearing power or control
Totalitarianism: absolute control by the state or a governing branch of a highly centralized institution. 

Absolutism: the principle or the exercise of complete and unrestricted power in government.

Democracy: government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.

Oligarchy: a form of government in which all power is vested in a few persons or in a dominant class or clique; government by the few.
